Dr. Lindsey Calligaro, Wayne & West Milford Pediatric Podiatrist & Specialist
Dr. Lindsey Calligaro joined our podiatry practice in July 2015 after finishing a fellowship at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, MD where she trained in pediatric foot and ankle reconstruction and limb lengthening.
Dr. Lindsey was born and raised in Ringwood, NJ with her parents, brother and sister. Outside of work Dr. Lindsey enjoys volunteering for a local ambulance corps, skiing and training for triathlons.
Dr. Lindsey earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2011. Following completion of her degree, Dr. Lindsey attended a comprehensive 3 year residency in Scranton, PA with Dr. Guido LaPorta. While in residency, Dr. Lindsey trained in complex foot and ankle deformity correction and Charcot deformity correction.
Dr. Lindsey specializes in all aspects of pediatric foot and ankle deformity correction with special interest in clubfoot.

Calligaro has over 30 years of practice experience as a podiatrist in Wayne and West Milford, NJ and is considered a leading Podiatric Surgeon. He has been recognized as one of America’s Top Foot and Ankle Surgeons by Consumers’ Research in 2007 – 2016.
Dr. Calligaro received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, and completed his residency training at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia. Dedicated to furthering his knowledge and training in the field of Podiatry, Dr. Calligaro is a fellow of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Society of Podiatric Surgeons.
He is considered a pioneer in the use of laser and diagnostic ultrasound in the field of podiatry.
In his spare time, Dr. Calligaro enjoys competing in triathlons and usually finishes within the top half of his age group. He has been a state-certified high school football official for over 20 years and also involved with the National Ski Patrol for over 35 years. Dr. Calligaro has been happily married to his wife, Diana, for 40 years. They have three children, Jason, Lindsey, and Breanne.
